KIA ORA - WELCOME TO PIHA COMMUNITY PRESCHOOL

 

We would like to welcome you and your children to a wonderful learning experience with opportunities to explore our natural environment.

 

We offer early learning for 2 to 5 year olds to try new experiences, explore and expand their interests, engage with our natural environment through group outings, celebrate special occasions and make new friends in a supportive, nurturing and caring environment.

 

Piha community preschool is located at North Piha beside Barnett hall. We are in a unique setting 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, local parks and bush walks. The native wildlife, trees, beach and beautiful fresh air all contribute to creating an environment that encourages young children to experience, share and understand their world.

 

Our preschool is an independent, registered charity community trust run by a management board elected annually. The Team of staff mostly live within the community, are long term residents and are committed to delivering high quality ECE education to the youngest members of our community.
